Diva Challenge #253 "New Tangle: Molygon"

My time has been cut in half  because I had to go back to work half days this week. Soon it will be back full time, so much less tangling for me. In the mean time, I thought I would give this new tangle a try. Obviously it needs a bit more practice, but this really just fell out. I thought it was kind of silly, but fun. Now I wil go practice on Molygon some more....

Diva Challenge #252 "String Theory: Tangle within a tangle... it's like inception... but with tangles"

This weeks challenge was to take any tangle that you like, make it large, and then use that as a string to tangle in!  One of my favorite tangles is Phicops, so, I made a large Phicops and then filled it up with other tangles. I have actually done this before, but this one came out much better.

The tangles I used were Phicops with Ozzie in the center, Carp3 in the upper wing going to the right, and then clockwise from there: Angelfish, Bala, Choco Box, Purk, Purk in reverse (sort of), 'nzepple, Pokeroot, Paradox, and one more Choco Box!

Diva Challenge #251 - Moebius Syndrome Awareness

Moebius Syndrome is a congenital nerve disorder affecting the cranial VI and VII nerves, which controll the lateral movement of the face.

It is very rare, only about 5000 peope have this disorder incuding our challenger's young son Artoo.

Moebius Syndrome Awareness day is 24 January and our challenge this week was to use the Moebius Syndrome Foundation's logo as a string, and their color, which is purple.

This is my first try. I hope to do a few more through out the week and I will add them to this same entry (if) as I do them.

I finally got another one finished. There were a couple of failed attemps in between, but here is my next one. Maybe  I will get one more before the end of the week!

Here is my final one for this week. I have so much fun doing these that I can't help but do more than one per week. Besides, since I am still recovering from my surgery, I can't do much else.

This one is a little different than the others. Besides Jan 24 being Moebius Syndrome Awareness day, it also happens to be my birthday, so I thought I would have a little fun with this one.

I thought I would throw a "Partay"  with some "Confectus" (closest I could get to Confetti) have some "CAYKE" and I tried to use "Purk" to look like balloons. Of course a little glitter is always fun too! I used  Sakura Jelly Roll  Stardust pens to color the strip.

Diva Challenge #250 Back to the Roots

Ok, my goal was to do the challenge every day for the week. I ended up with  4 out of the 6 days. No time avaialable on Sunday anyway so I had not planned for that. I tried to use both old favorites and some new things on each one. I also tried a little shading which I am still trying to get the hang of.
